These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the InamCo website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
InamCo provides custom building and construction services, including architect-designed homes, multi-unit developments, alterations, additions, and light commercial projects. All services are subject to written agreements, contracts, and quotations provided by InamCo.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A formal contract must be signed before commencement of any building work.
Variations requested by the client will incur additional costs, subject to written approval.
InamCo complies with the Building Code of Australia, relevant state and federal regulations, and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Clients’ statutory rights under the ACL remain unaffected by these Terms.
Payment terms will be outlined in the building contract.
Late payments may result in suspension of work until cleared.
Deposits and staged progress payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
InamCo provides warranties as required under the Home Building Act and other relevant laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InamCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Clients must ensure site access, permits, and approvals are available before commencement.
All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, remains the property of InamCo unless otherwise stated.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
We collect and store client details in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
